1. Respect and Non-Discrimination
WheePool is committed to providing a welcoming environment for all users, regardless of:

- Socioeconomic status
Zero Tolerance Policy: Discrimination, harassment, hate speech, or any form of abuse will result in immediate account suspension and may be reported to relevant authorities.
2. Safety Guidelines
2.1 Before the Ride
- Verify Identity: Check that your driver/passenger matches their profile photo
- Share Your Trip: Share ride details with trusted contacts
- Trust Your Instincts: If something feels wrong, don't get in the vehicle
- Check Vehicle Details: Verify the vehicle matches the registration in the app
2.2 During the Ride
- Wear Seatbelts: All passengers must wear seatbelts at all times
- Stay Alert: Remain aware of your surroundings
- Report Concerns: Use the in-app emergency button if needed
- Respect the Driver: Don't distract the driver while they're driving
2.3 For Drivers
- No Impairment: Never drive under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or when fatigued
- Follow Traffic Laws: Obey all road rules and speed limits
- Vehicle Maintenance: Keep your vehicle in safe, roadworthy condition
- Valid Documentation: Ensure your license, registration, and insurance are current
Important Safety Reminder: WheePool provides a platform to connect users but cannot guarantee the safety of any ride. Users must exercise their own judgment and take personal responsibility for their safety. Always verify identities, share trip details with trusted contacts, and trust your instincts.
3. Reliability and Punctuality
- Honor Commitments: Once you confirm a ride, follow through
- Be On Time: Arrive at the pickup location at the agreed time
- Communicate: If delays occur, notify the other party immediately
- Cancel Early: If you must cancel, do so as early as possible (at least 2 hours before)
4. Property Respect
4.1 For Passengers
- Treat the driver's vehicle with care
- No eating or drinking without permission
- Don't leave rubbish in the vehicle
- Report any accidental damage immediately
4.2 For Drivers
- Provide a clean, comfortable vehicle
- Secure any loose items
- Ensure adequate space for passengers and their belongings
5. Communication Standards
- Use respectful, professional language
- Respond to messages in a timely manner
- Keep communication within the app for safety and records
- No harassment, threats, or inappropriate messages
6. Prohibited Behaviors
The following behaviors are strictly prohibited and will result in account action:
- Violence or Threats: Any form of physical violence, threats, or intimidation
- Harassment: Unwanted contact, stalking, or persistent unwelcome behavior
- Fraud: Fake profiles, payment fraud, or dishonest behavior
- Illegal Activities: Using WheePool for any illegal purpose
- Weapons: Carrying weapons in the vehicle
- Drugs: Possession or use of illegal substances
- Sexual Misconduct: Any unwanted sexual behavior or advances
- Theft: Taking property belonging to others
7. Reporting Violations
If you experience or witness a violation of these guidelines:
- In Emergency: Call emergency services (10111) immediately
- Use In-App Reporting: Report issues through the app's safety features
- Contact Support: Email info@wheepool.com with details
- Provide Evidence: Screenshots, photos, or other documentation help investigations
8. Consequences of Violations
Depending on the severity and nature of the violation, consequences may include:
- Warning: First-time minor violations may receive a warning
- Temporary Suspension: Moderate violations or repeated minor violations
- Permanent Ban: Serious violations or repeated moderate violations
- Legal Action: Criminal behavior will be reported to authorities
9. Appeals Process
If you believe an action against your account was unjustified:
- Submit an appeal via email to info@wheepool.com
- Include your account details and explanation
- Provide any supporting evidence
- Appeals are reviewed within 5-7 business days
